Structured for efficiency, we use premium quality white oak wood, heat up our one-of-a-kind mobile pizza oven to approximately 800°, then quickly produce our superior quality pizza with a blend of traditional Neapolitan and New York style texture within 2 minutes or less. Initial Franchise Fee
The initial franchise fee is $25,000. The minimum estimated start-up cost is $82,400 including the pizza oven, all operational tools and accessories, marketing support and materials; and the franchise fee itself.
