Our Crew

We are Fresh Fired Vagabonds – A Crew Made of the Silver Lining of Covid-19 of 2020.

During the lockdown, we found ourselves freshly out of work and options to eat out. We wanted to bring the freshest food to you while you stay home – to your community and workplace. Owner Arin has years of experience organizing successful events – as a past producer for Dreamworks Animation and current program director of a youth sports organization i9 Sports. Inspired by the passion for modern culinary arts his soccer instructor and Pizzaiolo Codey had, their own journey into the world of wood fired pies came together quickly. The pair decided to go mobile and bring the goodness to the community who cannot be reached!

Our Pies

Simplicity is the key.

Keeping things simple is the best way to do all things, and that simple philosophy is in the clean taste of our pies. Coming from generations of chef family and many years dived in culinary industry, Codey has perfected the dough recipe including Italian 00 flour. Our dough rests for up to 72 hours. This long fermentation gives us a wonderful crisp texture. Our sauce is made with San Marzano D.O.P tomatoes and we only add salt and ONE secret ingredient. We use the very best quality mozzarella and the freshest ingredients. Both Arin and Codey trace their lineage back to New York and we like to think our pies are heavily inspired by the thin crispy quality that makes New York pizza so special.
